Moxie Coach LLC Student

Services.  Moxie Coach LLC (“Moxie Coach”) hereby agrees to provide instruction to reasonably aid each Student in becoming a professional coach. Instruction shall be provided via virtual sessions accessed on the Moxie Coach Website.

Cost. The cost of the Moxie Coach course is $3,900.00. Students have the option of a three-month or six-month installment plan. Any declined payments will result in the termination of a Student from a certification program. The Student will be charged a $100.00 administrative fee if the Student is subsequently reinstated to the program.

Attendance Policy for Students. Students are expected to complete their course within six months of the course start date. If a Student has signed up for a Peer to Peer Session or Group Learning Session and needs to cancel the session, Moxie Coach requires a 48-hour cancellation notice. A no show or notice of less than 48 hours will result in an absence being recorded. Three absences could jeopardize the Student’s standing with Moxie Coach, which could include the termination of the Student’s course by Moxie Coach.  Students will not earn course credit for live web courses or Peer to Peer Sessions if the Student does not attend 85% of the course.

Timeframe for Course Completion. Students have access to the Moxie Coach Website for 12 months from their program enrollment date. Each program must be completed within this timeframe or additional fees with apply in order to maintain access.

Additional Fees. There will be a $50 charge for each session of observed coaching with a certified instructor that is canceled with less than a 24-hour notice.

Refund Policy. Moxie Coach offers Students a 7 Day/ 75% money-back guarantee for the certification program purchased. Moxie Coach will issue a refund provided that the Student complies with the following: (1) Completes four modules of the program in which the Student is enrolled, (2) Sends an e-mail requesting a refund to support@moxiecoach.com and (3) Commits to a call with a representative of Moxie Coach and relays the Student’s concerns about the program to date within the 7 day period following the date of purchase. After the 7-day guarantee period, no refunds will be issued, and full payment is required.
