Services. As a Coach for Moxie Coach LLC (“Moxie Coach”) you agree to provide coaching services to Clients. This entails a comprehensive process that may involve various aspects of the Client’s life including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Coach will focus on varied topics, results, outcomes and goals established with the Client.

Cost. Coaches will purchase a monthly or annual subscription that includes a set number of hours to be used for coaching services. Coaches will be paid directly by Moxie Coach for services rendered to clients minus a 3.9% fee for each client transaction. If the Coach exceeds the number of hours in their subscription, they will be moved to the next subscription level (“Adjusted Subscription Level”) for the following month and must pay the difference between their current subscription level and the Adjusted Subscription Level for the current month. 

Attendance. Attendance will be monitored by the Moxie Coach Admin Dashboard. Moxie Coach will be notified of attendance and late arrivals. The Coaches have a five-minute grace period to log in to their session with a Client or the Coach is subject to refund the Client’s payment should the Client request a refund. Coaches may also be subject to being removed from the Moxie Coach Website without refund.

Refund Policy. Moxie Coach requires a 30-day cancellation notice to cancel a subscription. No refunds will be given on yearly plans paid in advance. The Coach cannot cancel a subscription if there are client sessions or packages sold that have not been redeemed by the Client or the Coach will be solely responsible for refunding the client’s remaining balance, which shall include a deduction for fees owed and shall be subject to a 25% administrative fee.
