Moxie Coach LLC – Client


Each Client of Moxie Coach LLC (“Moxie Coach”) is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship, coaching calls and interactions with their Coach. The Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. The Client understands that coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy. Coaching does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. The Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals. It is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach. The Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve various aspects of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into the Client’s life and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.


The cost of coaching sessions with a Moxie Coach LLC Coach will be set by each individual Coach.


Clients will have a grace period of up to 20% of the time of the session to log in to their session. After this time limit, the client will be deemed a no show to the session.

Timeframe for Coaching Services. Moxie Coach understands that life happens, and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching sessions within an appropriate timeframe. However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or have your initial session within three  months of your initial purchase, no refunds will be issued.
Moxie Coach will attempt to provide you with a comparable service with a comparable coach, but services will not be guaranteed as coaching program offerings and pricing may have changed since your initial payment. After one year from your initial payment, you will be required to contract for new and existing coaching services.

Rescheduling of Sessions for Clients. Clients may reschedule a missed session without incurring an additional charge as long as a 24-hour cancellation notice was provided for the missed session.

Refund Policy

Moxie Coach requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for appointments. No refunds will be given for missed appointments or appointments that are cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice. In the event that a Client deems a session with a Coach to be unsatisfactory, a review will be conducted by Moxie Coach. If Moxie Coach concurs that the session was unsatisfactory, a refund shall be issued. If the Client purchased a package, the session that was determined to be  unsatisfactory shall be deducted from the package at full price and the cost of the remaining sessions in the package shall be refunded to the Client.
